During the initial session I will explain how the mind works and how that affects a persons ability to make change and how hypnosis works to help you make the change you desire.  We will discuss details for your goals and learn about your suggestibility.  A recording of the session will be provided. You can choose a hypnotherapy or Reiki session.  If you are continuing your hypnotherapy journey we will focus on those goals and you will be taught self-hypnosis.  A recording of the hypnosis will be provided.

I am certified Level 2 Reiki practioner.  Currently as of 4/14/26, I am working on my practice through Zoom or in some cases, I can come to your home.  
We will start by discussing your goals and how Reiki may be able to help.  I'll teach you a bit about Reiki.  If we determine that Reiki is the right fit for you, the treatment will follow.
