I should have seen this coming and I apologize, this is not my standard operating procedure. I also learned to give myself a break, because it's done. I have learned that it is important to put this on my calendar and it is a new habit I am forming. I won't go on, but I share with the intent of helping someone else learn through my mistakes.
So on to Glyphosate aka Roundup (Bayer, Monsato) Yep, that company that had to pay billions of dollars in settlements due to cancer claims. I'll start with the fact that I am not well-versed on this topic, but when a poison that was outlawed is suddendly determiend to be safe, I have major conerns and questions. I do know poison=not safe, we are talking plants, animals and humans. In my opinion we are putting the rapid regrowth of our forests, based on our new desire for instant gratification, ahead of the entire enviroment and population. What? I just shake my head and do what I can to share the facts as they have been presented to me. How is this okay and really, why? Why are we killing the first plants that return after fire? Is it really because they will hinder the growth of the trees? To me every plant, bush, tree regrows as nature dictates and this is how nature repairs itself. The trees will grow faster and stronger. Makes me wonder what they are going to spray on the trees to make them grow extra fast and strong? This makes me so sad.
